If you are interested in an Early Years Practitioner on a full or part time basis, contact us to find out what current vacancies we have across our nurseries or visit where all our vacancies are advertised. The role requires you to be able to work full-time and flexibly between the hours of 7.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday in one of our wonderful nurseries, which are all rated ‘good’ with Ofsted.

Your role will include:

  • Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
  • Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
  • Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times.

Skills required:

  • Reliable, honest, attention to detail.
  • Confident and personable.
  • High levels of initiative, attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Grades A-C in English and Maths or equivalent.

At Elmore we run an active apprenticeship programme to give young adults a chance to explore various nursery roles.
