Welcome to Elmore Kindergarten – Learning Through Play

Elmore Kindergarten is a privately owned organisation and was established in 1991 as a small creche on Elmore Road in Broomhill, Sheffield.  Over the last 32 years the company has successfully grown to three children’s nurseries located across Sheffield in Broomhill, Middlewood and Ecclesfield.  Our aim is to provide the highest standard of childcare and early education in a safe and caring environment and our managers and staff take a huge pride in providing a welcoming environment, where each child’s happiness and well-being is the absolute priority. Our nurseries are friendly, fun, secure and stimulating and the children are at the heart of everything we do.

We help your child to grow in self-confidence as they learn, develop friendships and start to prepare for school.

Placing a child in nursery is understandably one of the most important and often difficult decisions that a parent can face, and it is important to us that you feel content in knowing that your child is being cared for in a way that reflects security, comfort and positivity.

We strongly believe in communication, we pride ourselves in our relationships with parents.

Our staff provide feedback to parents and carers daily, it is important to us that you feel comfortable to communicate with our staff if they have any queries. We carefully recruit professional and suitably qualified staff. Any questions you may have regarding your child can be answered by any of our team, and you can trust in us that your child is safe and secured in an organised and positive environment.

Our nurseries are open Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6.00pm, 51 weeks per year for Parents/Carers who need help with childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years old. We offer the government nursery education grant funding for 3 & 4 years olds & also for 2-year olds (if eligible). We are closed on all bank holidays and for one week during the Christmas and New Year period. We base all of our fees on 51 weeks per year, which are payable a month in advance.
